how can I create ISO/IEC 14496 MPEG4 file?

How can I convert MPEG1, MPEG2 or divx video files to ISO/IEC 14496 MPEG4 files that are supported by mpeg4ip? Thanks a lot!

You can use ISO MPEG-4 codecs from www.mpegable.com,fantastic stuff!!

they convert MPEG-1, MPEG-2, AVI, into .mp4 files. live capturing analogue/digital is also included. 30 day trial versions are for free.

There is also a free direct show filter to watch .mp4 files in Windows Media Player
