How is one able to take screenshots of a divx movie for posting?

Load it into either VirtualDub or TMPGEnc, go to the frame you desire, press and hold the Alt key and press the PrintScreen key. You'll have the image in your clipboard and can load it into a paint or graphics program for saving as a JPEG or Bitmap, etc.
