Audio Sync

Just wondering if there is a way to change the audio sync with a movie without encoding it all over again. The Voices are off by a little and i just wanted to fix that

1. Open video in Virtual/nandub
2. Set Video and Audio tabs to Direct Stream Copy
3. Under Audio tab go to Interleave and play around with the value of "dealy audio track by x ms" (You do have a good estimate of how off-synch the sound is, don't you?)
4. Go to File -> Save as AVI and give a name to the new file
