encoding with SBC

Hi...

As far as i know, Most of the DivX today are encoded in DivX 3.11 with SBC;

My question is is it true?
And what is better divx 4.x with 2 pass or SBC

it is a matter of taste.

i prefer nandub with ms v2.
thus, no additional codec (divx4) is needed, no special 'playa' and overall performance is imho better anyway.
