Mpg 2 Avi Help

how can i convert from mpg format to avi file???
what is the program?????

If it's in MPEG1 format, you can use VirtualDub.

If it's in MPEG2 format, you can use Flask, Mediator, or any number of similar programs...

I have try the VirtualDub but my file has converted to a big avi file... from 120mb mpg format to 6.5GB avi file....
Now i'm try the flask .....
and looks beter...

(BY the way, you probably didn't select a video codec in VirtualDub - to compress the video...)
