    TMPGenc Error

I have been using the trial download of TmPGenc for the past 2 weeks, with no problem at all.

Tonight I decided to buy it from the Site, and since I now own it I can't do anything with it.

Everything goes fine, until it says encoding now...then an error comes up that it must close now..send this error to Microsoft?

Has anyone else had this problem?

I wonder, what are you doing when that error occurs? Is it RIGHT before encoding?
Did you know you can SEARCH the forum? Fixes common problems too:

Also search on the whole Digital-Digest website:

If you haven't already done so, I'd suggest that you try out your new version with a file that you've previously successfully converted using the freeware version. (If that works properly, then you'll know that your problem is related to the file you're trying to convert and not TMPGEncPlus...)

        tmpgenc error

I am using the wizard in tmpgenc, and I get right to the end with no problem until it says Encoding will now start...then the error message comes up "must close down' will send error to microsoft.

I also tried without using the wizard...got same results.
