divx movie & wma sound?

does anybody have an idea how to include wma (9) in divx (5.0.3) movies?

i have already created the audio track with windows media encoder 9, but i can't find a tool to merge it with the avi file! virtualdub and nandub can't do it!

and no, i don't want to recompress the entire movie with the media encoder )

You MAY be able to accomplish this with GraphEdit...
