Trouble converting WAV to MP3 from DivX movie

when i use mp3 wav converter and open the audio file from the movie it has no length it says 0:00 and when i push convert it does nothing.

plus this is a screener movie if that makes a difference.

how did you extract the sound?

is it working/playing after the extraction?

why did you not try BESWEET for audio conversions?
you wont hardly find better tools.

i used virtualdub to extract and it didn't play afterward.
