what kind of format do you want to create?

for avi/mpeg4 i prefer divx5.02, others rather take xvid

Size doesent matter...would i be able to watch vob files in media player if i got a mpg 2 codec?

I am not sure about WMP but I know you can in WinDVD or PowerDVD
