Trouble with Flask

Have recently begun to have trouble with Flask 0.78.39. When I encode a film everything works fine until it reaches 100% in the second pass and then says that an error has occurred and it must close.

This leaves me with a full size avi which wont play.

Any ideas on what is going wrong, have never had trouble with flask before.

No worries, decided to give something else a go, went for Gordian Knot and have had some very pleasing results.
