take a look at that small clip of family guy and you will see what I mean. What could be causing that?? (the file is only 1.3MB, 10 seconds long). Thanks everyone!

Come on people. Someone has to have an idea as to why it's happening?!

I guess it is to do with deinterlacing. Try changing different deinterlace filter.
