TMPGEnc wont vcd 48000hz audio

im trying to convert DIVX avi's to VCD using TEMPEnc, ive got the extra file from there website, its fine for all files with 44100hz, but when i try it on a file with 48000hz audio it says "an error occured when audio was decoded", anyone?

True , when you encode an avi that has 48.000Hz sound into a mpg you will end up with a movie with NO sound

You have to convert the 48.000Hz sampled sound into 44.100Hz
