bad resized encode (not multiple of 16 or 32 resolution)

I have and old encode one of my first ones, the encode has a not multiple of 32 or 16 horizontal resolution, it has no problems for playback on my pc but recentrly I wanted to make o VCD copy for watching it on a standalone player but when I loaded the movie (virtualDUB) green blocks appeared on differente places, using the resize filter did not help. so does anyone here know how to save that old encode or there isn´t anything to fix that newbie mistake

    Thanks

Hmm green spots? Sounds like an Xvid codec problem. Just to find out, open it in VirtualDub then go to
    File
    File Information
and post everything it says there.
