Some posters have indicated resultant audio/video synch problems when they've used VirtualDub to either split or cut a .AVI video. Be advised of the following:
1) This problem does not occur with older (and still very useable) versions of VirtualDub, up to and including v.1.4.D.
2) It appears that the most recent version, 1_4_8, alleviates this problem, which apparently arose somewhere between versions 1_4_5 through 1_4_7.
