I want to compress movies with the small bitrate control. Is it better to use Nandub or Gordian Knot?

what do you mean by SMALL bitrate control??
in case you were talking about SBC the S stand for SMART.
i prefer NANDUB to gk, because the fast recompress used for faster conversion does not look as good to me as nandubs full-processing mode (at least judging the final avi)
moreover, gk will not give me that much of a precise final output-file-size as nandub is able to (without having to change resolution, which i dont want for certain reasons).
keep in mind, that GK uses nandub in the end!
thus they are not completely different.
still my recommendation is NANDUB!
