I was just wondering what max and min overflow meant because in the XviD codec it has a part where there are boxes and you have to type in the percent of what you want (by default there is already 60% typed in for you), I would love to know what this meant. I've tried having it on 1% and the full 80% but i don't seem to notice a difference what does it mean and what does it do i'm baffled??
