Cutting out frames

Is there any way to cut out certain frames from a divx movie WITHOUT re-encoding the whole movie?

yes use virtualdub(MOD)

ok, I used VDMod to cut out 10 frames (with the 'Del' key) from a 140832 frames video, set it to direct stream copy, but it generates a video with 140831 frames?!? How come it only cut out 1 frame?
