grainy video - is that normal? take a look.

i am encoding my own camera footage here, but the encoded video is very grainy. It could be because it was shot in the dark and i used low-light mode, but is there any way to reduce the grainyness ? Or maybe is that normal and i am just too pretentious?

the first one is blurry because it was very hot and steamy in the room.

i think it is mostly because of the low light but you could always put some type of smoother(not too much) on it.
