Psychovisual enhancement

Sorry for making two threads next to one another, but there was just one thing i would like an answer to, is psychovisual enhancement really worth being enabled because on the Pro 5.0.5 it was'nt that good, it just took bitrate away from areas that you could easily see and just made it look murky.
