How do I CUT a DivX file(avi) into 2 different divx(avi), files!?

How do i CUT a DivX file(avi) into 2 different files? i have a divx movie i d/led, and i want to burn it, but its liek 915 or so MB! i want it at 700 and 315 , anyone kno how!?

You can use VirtualDub to accomplish this. Two important caveats:

1) Set both "Video" and "Audio" to "Direct Stream Copying"

2) Make certain to cut on a keyframe
