    Jitters

I have a Divx movie that will not run smoothly win I run it in VirtualDub it looks like that about every 5 or 10 frames it holds for 2 frames then goes on.
Can anyone tell me how to fix it.

Load your Divx file into VirtualDub or VirtualDubMod. Set "Video" to "Direct Stream Copy". Select "Check for errors". Select "Mask bad frames". Go back to "File" and save with a new filename.

Thanks for the advice but it didn't work the movie plays fine and the audio does to except for the pause about every 2 to 5 seconds. When I did the scan it shows that they are errors but nothing I did fixed the pause.

A quote from your initial post:

Are you playing the movie from your Hard Drive or from a disk? (CD, DVD)

I've tried WinDVD 5, Windows Media Player and Nero ShowTime.
And it does the same thing in VirtualDub.
