Open your Xvid in VirtualDubMod. Go to "Video" and select "Full Processing Mode". Then go to "Streams/Streams List". Rightclick on the audio stream and select "Full Processing Mode" and click OK. Then go to "File" > "Save As" (F7). This will output your Xvid to an AVI with PCM wave audio. Go back to TMPGEnc and import the newly created AVI from VDM and use the VCD "Project Wizard" template to encode to mpeg 1.
