    Problems with virtualdub and audio

I've followed nicky's guide to normalizing sound in a divx movie. Everything went smooth up to the point where I want to compress the "new" PCM WAV file into the movie. The original audio was MPEG Layer-3 128kbs. Now when trying to compress it I can't chose anything above 56kbs, howcome?
Also, looking at his screenshots he has a hell of a lot more audio codecs to choose from than I. Is there anywhere I can download theese?
