DivX ;-) 3.11 to MPEG-2 problem.

Ok i think i may have found a bug in TMPGEnc, not sure thou.

Im trying to a convert a 208 MB divx 3.11 avi to MPEG-2. Everything goes well in TMPGEnc except for when i get to the file size section. I want to set it to around 710MB but for some reason the program wont let me go any lower then 1412 MB.

Has anyone else had this problem? I did a 230 MiB DivX 5.x.x file and everything went smoothly. Im just wondering if a bug between divx 3.11 and TMPGEnc.

nevermind, answered my own question. Seems that this perticular file has 125,430 frames. As where the other ones i was converting only have about 40-50,000.
