Divx spliting w/ VirtualDub Error

When i use virtual dub to split my divx into 2 files for vcd burning the first file is fine, but on the second the audio doesnt match the video. Its not the divx, cause the divx is fine. I used Video direct stream copy, audio full proccessing mode w/ compression none. I use nero to convert the avi straight into mpeg format for burning.
