Can you create a VCD with AC3 sound ?

I have tryed everywhere to finde a guide to help me convert a AVI file with AC3 sound to a VCD vith AC3 sound...
Please help me.

I'm not sure but I think that you can't do this... I can't promise anything though. You might be able to do this somehow. The only thing that I think I know=) is that the audio must be 41khz mp3. But I'm not sure.

Also wanted to do this.. but found you can't use AC3 audio on a VCD. XSVCD on the other hand..
