Download the Nimo Codec Pack, a collection of all the frequently used codecs and filters

That is basically DIVX low motion (I think) but yeh, use the Nimo pack or the tsunami filter pack

divx is basically the hacked msmpeg4 codec, thus it's NOT the same codec.
