    floating decimal point

I was converting a movie with TMPGEnc and I got the error :

Illegal floating decimal point calculation order

Do I just have a bad file?
    How do I fix this?

Set the AFW compatibility header towards a higher value.

If the above procedure fails to resolve your issue, you may have to crop its dimensions to ensure it is in a "legal" size. What is the resolution of your avi, (load in Virtualdub)

Note: TMPGEnc is incompatible with divx 5.0 If you have divx 5.0, uninstall it, and revert to a previous codec(s).
