does anybody know where to find a tutorial or guide to gknot the Xvid video and Ogg audio files together??

Well there is no 'one' guide so you will have to grab a little here and there from these three guides from doom9

I don't think it's possible to use ogg directly in flask, using xvid in flask should work much like divx4/5.
