How to rip entire concert DVD

Is there any software that can rip an entire concert DVD (like Metallica S & M) including bonus, menus, etc... If you can help me I'll apreciate. Thankx!!

I think DVDx can do this, but I don't know how!

You can use MicroDvd, with which it's possible to create a perfect copy of the original DVD : menus, bonus, and so on.
