I use Tmpgenc to mux Video(480x480 29.97f -m2v file) and Audio (192 CBR 44.1khz -mp2) to get SVCD standard.
I can watch it with PowerDVD without any audio synch, video problem, etc..( I had Audio Synch problem before but after using GraphEdit to get the right audio stream, the problem was gone. Now only compatibilities are giving me problems)
Nero always says my muxed file is not SVCD standard.
What is wrong with my file? and what is Mpeg1 Layer 2 audio extension? is it mp2 or mpa?
