I have noticed that when I crop and resize to minimise my encoding file size when I watch the end result on my TV, using Win DVD 3, -4:3 Pal TV- it has that tall/squashed look, even though the movie being played on my monitor has the correct aspect ratio. ie. black bars added.
I have tried using various configurations in my display properties/graphics card setting's area.
Any thoughts anyone how to circumvent this dilemma.
