Volume with Xmpeg 4.5

Can somebody tell me how to pump up the volume of a movie with Xmpeg 4.5??

dvd audio has low volume due to its high dynamic range. you need to compress the dynamic range (run>audio properties, then check "dynamic range compression" and increase the number, i found that 15-25 works best).
