Subtitles with HQ DivX

Hi! I just recently tried using a 2 pass DivX compression and the quality is superb! My old method was using FlaskMPEG to compress everything including the subtitles, but now that Im using the Guardian Know, DVD2AVI and Nandub, I cant find the proper way to make my subtitles come back again.

Which procedure should I follow to add subtitles with this programs? I couldnt understand the Guardian Knot option for doing this.

The easiest way to do this would be to use vobsub.
