    Asus v7700 capture to avi then convert to divx (best setup?)

    whats the best setup for capturing video tapes to divx, using my Asus v7700 card and either Virtual Dub or Asus DVCR, a short guide of what`s the best software to use would be useful.
    Intel Quad Q6600@3000
    water cooled
    2gb ram
    160gb 2xseagate sata raid 0
    gforce 8800GTS 512mb

      If you've got it, use ASUS Live! with video set to "Uncompressed' 704x480, 30fps. Set audio to "Uncompressed PCM (.WAV) at 48,000Hz. After the capture, convert to DivX (with .MP3 audio) using VirtualDub...

          i can get it but im in pal region

          i can get a copy of asus live, the only thing is im in a PAL region will this make any difference?
