transfer divx mpg 4 to vcd/svcd

i have movies in divx mpg4
when i transfer them to vcd its increse the movie from 750mb
to 3000 mb how can transfer the movie to normal size ?

That is to be expected, especially when the movie length is considerable. When you are burning the mpg files to (s)VCD discs, what you will have to be concerned about is the play length, not the file size.
