Divx to VCD problems
Hi all,
I've been trying to convert a Divx movie to VCD using TMPGenc. There's no error in converting the file but when I run the MPEG-1 file it skips and slows down every now and then causing the audio to get out of sync.
What am I doing wrong?
PS:I use Vdub frame saver to enconde the subtitles and use TMPGenc to enconde the vdr file.
