Help required Please

Hi Folks

Have a little problem.

Have an AVI file I am converting to mpeg. I am using TMPGEnc-2.56.39.143-Free.

The avi is in widescreen yet when I convert to mpeg it fills the screen. this means the people looked longer than they should do. How do I set it to convert in widescreen ?

I load the VideoCD (NTSCFilm).mcf template. (as suggested in the file info 23.976) In the advanced settings I can't alter the video arrange Method as it blanked out. the default is 320x240.

Any suggestions would be greatfully recieved.

Change the aspect ratio. It is likely that it is defaulted at 4:3, where you should actually be using 16:9 and such.

remember, if NTSC conversion, select 16:9 NTSC in the advanced video settings in TMPGENC
