    installation problems

    i downloaded divx 3.11 alpha i extracted all files into one directory but when i click on register_divx.exe i still get the error message(inf file not found) what should i do

      Try installing the codec via a codec pack, such as Tsunami or Nimo.

          thank you for taking your time to try to help me out but unfortunatly i was unable to use those codec paks because i got a little nervouse with the spyware in nimo and tsunami wasnt in english.

              From what site did you download the 3.11 codec?
