no video or sound

i have a movie in 2 parts it plays but no video or image i use divx player and the file was compressed in divx but the extention is AVI can someone help please?????????thanks

For each of the AVI file you have, do the following:
1. Open the file in Virtualdub
2. Go to File -> File Information
3. Post what information you see here

bitrate: 14 kb second

stream\file format: AVI

no audio chanel

why does it play but no image or sound????
