video on hd good but not on cdr

On my hd the video works fine. I burnt a video but on my cd it skippes. Like I can only see one image every 2 or 3 seconds. the audio is fine. I'm using Laplaya 2.1.

Don't tell me to check DMA, because I already tryed that. No success.

It's the first time I see that happening.

Either bad media or a dirty CD drive. Maxell makes a CD/DVD cleaning disk that retails for approximately $10US.
