my divx player 2 doesnt work anymore

Hi I installed the new divx player 2 bundle... It worked fine all my movies worked perfectly. Now nothing works, every time I try to open a movie a messages opens saying that the movie failed to load on divx player 2. The problem I think, started when I installed the nimo pack 5. I removed the nimo but still doesnt work.
please help
