VCD won't stop

Hi all,

I have successfully made a VCD which I can playback on a standalone player. But something still puzzels me.
The VCD player seems do not recognise the end of the movie.
After playing back the movie the player won't stop turning like a commercial VCD. The player head keep searching around on the disk.

Maybe I have used the wrong setting.
Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

Additional info:
Premiere 6 for editing.
TMPGEnc for encodeing.
Nero 5.5 to burn this VCD.
PAL system.

Perhaps, it may have something to do with your cd media, or the way your burned. Try playing the VCD on your PC.
