Most of you probably know that DivX movies skips a few time when playing on a SMP system. Sometime ago, someone mentioned try to set the affinity to just one CPU for the player.
Setting the affinity of the process by using TaskManager is ok, but it's annoying that you have to do it everytime when you start Media Player...
So, I wrote my own little program to deal with starting Media Player and setting CPU affinity automatically, so that you can use the command line to start media player with certain affinity (better than doing it manually, therefore, shortcut as well).
I'm just wondering if anyone is interested in my little prog...if so, I can post it somewhere, or even give out the source code.
I just thought that it might help some of you here if you have a SMP system.
