recording onto vcr

Is there any way that I can connect my video recorder to my computer so that i can record my downloads onto vhs to watch on my T.V.

Also is there any websites that i can download video covers of films?

you caqn connect it if your graphics card has a TV out or you have a seperate TV tuner
