    Hi,
    Am I the only one that has trouble getting any help from I/O magic makers of the digital research DDVDRW4D Drive. Over 20 mins on the phone then 45 min on the online chat help. Who has the best service and toll free help? Thats who I am going with after I take this drive back to Best Buy

          Digital research DVD

          I to had problems with my Digital Research 4X Dual Format Burner. I updated Firmware from IO Magic site, still no good. I found Optorite written on the side of the burner and contacted them for assistance as Digital Research and IO Magic were not helping at all !! Optorite sent me the latest Firmware Version 2.5I which I used and now I am burning DVD that work on both my standalones. Just a side note, I also purchased my burned from Best Buy.
