if you want to get decent hosting, with a space large enough for vids, then i'm afraid you're gonna have to start thinking about paying.
you could try free.prohosting.com who offer 50MB's worth of space - but you'll have to zip up your files and rename them to something like video.zip$/video.$zip/video.vid and then ask people to rename once they've downloaded so that the vids don't get deleted.
How big are these videos? I have 200MB's of webspace, depending on how big they are I could host them for you...
