Hi here goes then. I am using dvd santa 3.45 full version. every time i use it to convert and burn a file i have it stops after an hour with the message dvd santa encountered a problem... etc and shuts down. all the icons on my desktop end up with lines through them and start in the taskbar. the rest of the screen is fine.
