    DVDit / DVD-R

I imported a 3.5G Mpeg2 into DVDit......I did a very basic menu just to test it out......did the compile to create the VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders and files......but after it said the VIDEO_TS file was 4.5G.....is there some setting on DVDit that will decrease the size of the final output?

    Yeah

It depends on what kind of audio you are using, I dont have the program infront of me but correct me if im wrong, I can say for sure that AC3 is much smaller than having to use wav, so make sure you use ac3 2.0(thats the only ac3 that dvd it supports) and you can drop the data rate of the ac3 file to 192 384 is standard dvd but 192 is just as good. That should be of some help
