DVD Authoring problems

I have problem with authoring MONSTERS,INC.
After ripping and demuxing, video asset can't be imported in DVDMaestro 2.94
Only few frames are imported.
The movie is PAL.I have many movies authored with DVDMaestro,but this problem I can't solve.What can I do?

I started authoring with Sonic Scenarist 2.6. Importing video and audio assets is ok, but I have problem with start time of the video (it starts at 01:00:00;00),so subtitles can not be imported. How can I set SMPTE time (offset time) to 00:00:00;00 as in DVDMaestro? There's nothing about it in the manual.
I'm using P4 1.4Ghz,WindowsXP Professional at NTFS partition.
Any idea for solution?

you could do it in ifo-edit so it just plays the movie
size is ok with just the 6ch ac3 and the english subs
just rip the main movie files with DVD-Decrypter
open the ifo file in ifo-edit then select vob extras click the strip streams box and the create new Video_ts\Audio_ts box
select a folder to save it to then click ok
select the streams u want then click split it
once its done close then reopen Ifo-edit and open the VIDEO_TS.IFO file in the new folder clck get vts sectors then save it
hit dvd play and it should start playing the movie
if it does all is well and u can burn the new folder
